NORWICH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT CONNECTION TO SUSPECTED MK ULTRA PROJECT?
That face cream, the one that had a label dripping with dogwhistles about MK Ultra, was distributed in the now burned down (convenient) former Coleman's factory. Yes, Britvic was running from it at the time (pepsi max) but it was still owned by Coleman's. And even though they've moved from Norwich since and taken the word Norwich off all their product (strange, could it be 'don't shit where you eat' rules meaning they don't want to be connected?) Coleman's kept the building, and have very strong ties to Norwich BID.
Norwich BID runs from the Millennium Library - one of the countries biggest libraries, regularly brings things in from the British Library archives, potentially could have delivered obscure books to researching teachers. I've always thought it was weird they had a huge but barely used "American Library" talking up so much space there if it wasn't for some special relationship reason. Especially wierd that the American Library also runs a scholarship for American students doing PhDs, with the explicit point that "preference will be given to those who have applied for a course in the Faculty of Humanities or in the Faculty of Social Sciences" (as in the control of the populace degrees) and that as part of getting the funding, you will have to support the work of the American Library. This is all on their website and weird as fuck imo. MK Ultra was obviously a US job, but the US/UK 'special relationship' that literally got us into Iraq must have tendrils everywhere and I'd be shocked if they weren't colluding in all sorts now one of them is post-Brexit and one of them is post-Trump, so countless other relationships are fucked.
Norwich BID, supposedly to invest in educating the best and brightest of Norwich and future Norwich business, funded a series of Langley's developments, including a new IT suite and weirdly, significant structural renovations around the head teachers office.
Speaking of IT, a huge infrastructure contract from BID recently went to 52 Degrees. The details on what they're hosting or running are SO vague for this kind of contract that I don't even think they know what they're running.
I'm sure there's more to come as I figure more out.
